Blended teacher training: video annotations and forum feedback

In 2019, I managed a blended, 5-month train-the-trainer Clil project for British Study Centres in Kazakhstan. We used a ground-breaking remote teacher observation/forum feedback model to reach 160 STEM teachers in 20 schools across Kazakhstan.

In February 2020, I presented my experience in Kazakhstan to the Moroccan Association of English Teachers (MATE) at their second annual conference, in Khouribga, Morocco. In my presentation, I make the case that this is a model that is eminently suited to the Moroccan context, and, more broadly, to teacher CPD in the continent of Africa.
