Looking for Upper-Intermediate TP Students

English for Africa's first CELTA course begins next week, and we are looking for Teaching Practice students. The students will attend lessons taught by our trainee teachers.

The lessons will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 6 pm to 8 pm Morocco time. Lessons begin 1 June, and last until 3 July.

The teachers will be trainee teachers, in other words teachers who are learning how to teach. However, they are passionate about teaching and will do their best to help their students improve their English. Classes will focus on all the skills (reading, listening, speaking and writing) as well as vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar.

The classes are free, but In order to join, students must:

  • agree to attend all classes;

  • accept that missing more than three classes will disqualify you from this course, and you will not be allowed to attend any more of our courses in the future;

  • have a quiet place where you can attend the online lessons; you must be alone in a room for the entire 2 hours of the lesson;

  • have an upper-intermediate level in English;

  • have a computer with stable internet access (not a telephone);

People who are interested and meet the above requirements should follow the link below to an online placement test.

After finishing the test, a screenshot of the result should be emailed to English for Africa, at admin@englishforafrica.net. Once the test results have been received, a brief chat will be scheduled in order to confirm the student's level. Once the level is confirmed, the student will be able to attend the free lessons.

We're looking forward to welcoming many upper-intermediate students to our lessons. You'll be learning English, and at the same time helping your teachers to become better teachers. Everyone wins!
