This 120-hour comprehensive course includes:

• Guided lesson observations. Learn from watching experienced teachers; focus on different aspects of the lesson each time.

• Input sessions. Start by increasing language awareness and basic classroom management, build up to the task cycle, language clarification and lesson planning for both skills and systems lessons.

• Micro-teaching. Test your knowledge out by teaching your colleagues and getting feedback from your trainer.

• Teaching practice. You'll get experience teaching real students at two different levels, with personalized feedback each time you teach. 

• Reflective practice. Learn how to learn. By keeping a reflective journal, you'll become more aware of your skills, increase your autonomy as a reflective practitioner, and learn how to keep improving beyond the course.
