Rain was an experienced, highly skilled IETLS teacher when he joined our CELTA course. He approached the CELTA with the extreme determination, and extremely self-critical eye, that he brings to all his major endeavors. In this case, it served him well: with the help of his tutors, he very lucidly diagnosed his own weaknesses, and then went about fixing them. The result? Exponential growth as a teacher, which benefits, ultimately, all of his students. Rain did very well on the course--congratulations, Rain--and we're all proud of his achievement.
