We are particularly proud of Mehdi’s performance during the course, given that he initially lacked any teaching experience. Despite this, he approached the program with a friendly and authentic way of interacting with students, coupled with a sincere desire to assist them. Through unwavering hard work and determination, by the end of the course, he was proficiently delivering CELTA-level lessons. Remarkably, Mehdi adeptly balanced his innate gregariousness by stepping back and allowing students to learn autonomously. This stands as a rare and highly valued example of a novice teacher recognizing when focused hard work enhances rapport more than excessive teacher talk.
